UEFA President Michel Platini will visit Ukraine and Poland in late September 2011 to check the two countries' readiness to host the finals of the Euro 2012 European Football Championship, Head of the Euro 2012 Local Organizing Committee in Ukraine Markiyan Lubkivsky has told the Ukraine 2012 Information Center -2012.
It is currently unknown what cities the UEFA president will visit.
In 2011, Platini will also visit Ukraine on December 2 to attend during the ceremony of the draw for the Euro 2012 finals, which will be held in Kyiv’s Ukraine National Palace of Arts.
