The Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers has appointed Ivan Rusnak as deputy defense minister.
According to the goverment order Ivan Rusnak was appointed as a deputy defense minister, who previously was a commander of the Air Force of Ukraine.
Another Cabinet document dismisses Leonid Poliakov, paliament consultant on national security and defense from, this office.
Earlier Ihor Kabanenko was appointed as another Ukrainian deputy defense minister.
