MINSK - The contact group on Ukraine reconvened on Jan. 31, an Interfax correspondent said.
The meeting, held in Minsk, brings together former Ukrainian president
Leonid Kuchma, Russian Ambassador to Ukraine Mikhail Zurabov, special
representative of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in
Europe Heidi Tagliavini, and representatives of the self-declared
Donetsk People’s Republic and Luhansk People’s Republic.
