Kyiv doesn't have control over a 409-kilometer stretch of its border with Russia, the Ukrainian State Border Service said.
“We have no control over 409.3 kilometers of the border,” aide of the Ukrainian State Border Service chief Oleh Slobodian said at a press briefing on Mach 5.
He told reporters that the Minsk agreements compelled to restore Kyiv’s control over the Ukrainian-Russian border by the end of 2015.
