Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych and European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso have decided on the date of the EU-Ukraine Summit. The event will be held in Brussels on February 25, 2013.
According to the Ukrainian president's press service, Yanukovych and Barroso agreed on the date during a phone conversation.
The conversation was initiated by the European Commission president.
The sides also discussed a wide range of issues related to bilateral cooperation between Ukraine and the EU, the press service said.
As reported earlier, Yanukovych is to visit Moscow on December 18 to discuss integration processes within the Customs Union.
At the same time, the leadership of the country has stated numerous times that Ukraine will not turn away from European integration.
