Ukraine handed over the presidency of the Organization of Black Sea Economic Cooperation (OBSEC) to Armenia at the 28th meeting of the council of foreign ministers of the organization's member countries.

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Leonid Kozhara said at a press conference
that was is ready to help Armenia fulfill these functions and expects
the organization to continue developing with continuity.

Kozhara said that projects in the economy and environment were
priorities in the activity of the organization in the near future. In
particular, the construction of an orbital road around the Black Sea
should be one of the major economic projects, he said.
