Ukraine and Libya will continue their military and technical cooperation under joint contracts, Ukraine's Ambassador to Libya Mykola Nahorny has said.
"Speaking about military and technical cooperation, certainly we're interested in the resumption of cooperation with Libya and the implementation of contracts we concluded earlier. The Libyan side is ready for this," the diplomat said at a meeting of a press club in Kyiv on Thursday.
The ambassador said that the sides would implement the contracts that were concluded earlier.
Nahorny also noted that over the first seven months of the current years the level of trade between Ukraine and Libya returned to the level seen before the start of the military action in Libya.
