Deputy Director for relations with public authorities and external communications of public joint-stock company ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih (Dnipropetrovsk region) Volodymyr Tkachenko said that the initialing of the agreement is a positive and important moment.

“The office of our company is located in Luxembourg and it is very important for us. I hope that the agreement would be signed and this would relax the attraction of new investment in Ukraine from Luxembourg. We asked the Finance Ministry to accelerate this work, we were heard and we’re thankful for this,” Tkachenko said.
