Ukraine optimist about resolving illegal jailing of Savchenko – Poroshenko’s administration

Deputy Head of Ukrainian Presidential Administration Kostiantyn Yeliseyev has said that Ukraine is optimistic about resolving the issue of the illegal jailing of Ukrainian pilot and MP Nadia Savchenko in Russia.

“We have an impression that this issue was seriously grasped by the Russian side, what makes us carefully optimistic about this issue,” he told Interfax-Ukraine at a briefing in Kyiv on Oct. 5.
