The European Union-Ukraine Association Agreement should be ratified by September 2014, Ukrainian presidential administration deputy head Valeriy Chalyi said.
“We have a virtually complete understanding that the agreement should be
ratified by September. This is our stance and Europe’s stance,” Chalyi
said at a meeting of the parliamentary committee for European
integration in Kyiv on July 21.
