Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Kostiantyn Hryschenko will sign an agreement on granting Ukraine the status of an associate member of the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN).

Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych signed respective order No. 313/2013-rp on Monday, Sept.30.

“I authorize Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Kostiantyn Ivanovych Hryschenko to sign an agreement between Ukraine and the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) with respect to granting the status of an associate member of CERN,” reads the order, which was published on the Web site of the president.
