The State Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine has elaborated a plan for the coordination of information activity and information security protection that foresees the creation of a Ukrainian press center in a European capital to spread official information on the situation in the country.
The plan has been approved to fulfill the tasks of the protocol of the conference under chairmanship of Deputy Premier of Ukraine Oleksandr Sych, the press release of the committee reported.
“Soon the State Committee for Television Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine, so as to fulfill the plan will prepare proposals regarding the creation of the separate specialized structure of foreign broadcast on the basis of the World Service ‘Ukrainian television and radio broadcasting’ and will address Ukrinform, asking that it present to the Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry proposals regarding the establishment of the Ukrainian press center in a European capitals, which will spread among the foreign media operative information about the politics of the Ukrainian government and the situation in the country,” the report said.
