Ukraine's Defense Ministry has set up an armed forces reform council, which includes young officers, most of whom are participants in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) in Ukraine's east, Adviser to the Defense Minister Oleksandr Danyliuk wrote on Facebook.

‘A council to reform the Armed Forces of Ukraine has been created under the Defense Ministry. It consists of officers who have graduated from leading military educational institutions of the United States, the United Kingdom, and other NATO member states.
