You're reading: Ukraine’s Finance Ministry to borrow about Hr 116.6 billion in 2013

The Finance Ministry of Ukraine intends to borrow around Hr 116.6 billion in 2013, the ministry's spokesman Ihor Baturin said during the 15th international forum of capital market participants in Alushta.

According to him, the country plans to borrow some Hr 82.4 billion on the domestic market and about Hr 34.2 billion on the foreign market.

Baturin also said that funding for the special fund should total UAH 6.1 billion, while about Hr 16 billion should be spent on the capitalization of the National Joint Stock Company Naftogaz Ukrainy.

According to him, while the state budget is being finalized these figures may change slightly.
