The National Television and Radio Broadcasting Council of Ukraine has recognized seven British TV channels complying with the European Convention on Transfrontier Television and the Ukrainian legislation, the regulator reported on the official Web site.
This decision was made after the consideration of an application from Sonar, as well as the review of relevant documents and the program concept of the channels.
In particular, the matter concerns the following TV channels: FilmBox Arthouse, Filmbox, FIGHTBOX HD, Fastnfunbox HD, DOCUBOX HD, FASHIONBOX HD, and 360tunebox.
All the TV channels are broadcast encrypted by the Amos satellite.
Program providers, when forming their program concept, use the list of TV channels, which correspond to the European Convention on Transfrontier Television.
