Ukrainian army units deployed in the country's eastern regions are receiving reinforcements and are prepared to act upon any orders, Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) spokesman Andriy Lysenko has said.
“They are now receiving more weapons and ammunition. New units are also arriving there after the third wave of mobilization,” he said at a press briefing in Kyiv on Thursday, Sep. 18.
“Ukrainian soldiers are ready to act,” he added.
