Ukraine's Defense Minister Stepan Poltorak hopes that the Minsk agreements will be put into practice in the very near future.
“All agreements were reached during the Minsk talks. The mechanism of their implementation is now being tried,” he told reporters in Kyiv on Dec. 4.
The minister recalled that a joint center for control and coordination was set up for implementation of these agreements.
“When it will be, I hope it will be in the very near future,” Poltorak said.
