You're reading: Ukrainian foreign minister to meet with Georgia’s President Saakashvili in Tbilisi

Tbilisi, (Interfax-Ukraine) - Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kostiantyn Hryschenko arrived in Batumi on Thursday.

The government of Adjara (an autonomous republic in Georgia) told Interfax that Hryschenko would visit local landmarks and then leave for Tbilisi.

On Thursday evening, Hryschenko will meet with the Georgian president and the Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia in Tbilisi.

On Friday, the Ukrainian foreign minister will meet with his Georgian counterpart Grigol Vashadze.

After the visit, Hryschenko will have a private meeting with Georgian Prime Minister Nika Gilauri.
