The Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers has made a decision to declare a state of emergency in Donetsk and Luhansk regions, Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk said.
“In accordance with the Ukrainian Civil Protection Code, the Cabinet of Ministers has made a decision to declare a state of emergency at the state level. The Ukrainian government has made a decision to declare a state of emergency on the territory of Donetsk and Luhansk regions,” Yatseniuk said a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers in Kyiv on Jan. 26.
