The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is preparing a bill, which will propose recognizing the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea a free economic zone, First Deputy Income and Tax Minister Ihor Bilous has said at a briefing.
“Indeed, now the law is being prepared and Crimea will be recognized a free economic zone,” he said.
