Moscow - Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada MP Oleksiy Honcharenko has been released from a Moscow police station, defense team member Nikolai Polozov said.

“Honcharenko has been released from the Kitai-Gorod police station,” Polozov tweeted on March 1 evening.

The Russian Investigative Committee said on March 1 that MP Honcharenko had been detained in Moscow on administrative counts of disobedience to the lawful demands of the police during the mourning march.
