Ukraine's representative in the Trilateral Contact Group, the second President of Ukraine, Leonid Kuchma, discussed thoroughly with the OSCE coordinator at the humanitarian subgroup of the Contact Group on Donbas, Tony Frisch, all constituents of the subgroup's work.

“The key priorities on the agenda of the humanitarian subgroup include the intensification of prisoner exchanges in the “all for all” format, as set forth in the Minsk Agreements, the access for specialists from the ‘Doctors Without Borders’ international organization to the prisoners located in penitentiaries in the part of Donbas beyond the Ukrainian control and who are sick with tuberculosis; the access for experts of the International Committee of the Red Cross to the locations where injured Ukrainian hostages are held in the part of Donbas beyond the Ukrainian control,” a report published on the website of Kuchma Presidential Foundation “Ukraine” said on Nov. 18.

According to the report, the meeting’s participants said: “now it is necessary to discover additional opportunities in terms of swift resolution of these problems, on which further works of the Trilateral Contact Group depends”.
