MINSK - The next round of energy consultations between Ukraine, the European Union and Russia will be held on September 6, 2014, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said.
“Agreement was reached that the next round of consultations on energy issues with the participation of European Commissioner [for Energy Gunther] Oettinger, Russian and Ukrainian ministers of fuel and energy will be take place on September 6,” Poroshenko said at the end of his visit to Minsk.
The president also informed that the sides had agreed in Minsk to hold expert consultations on the economic effects of the creation of a free trade zone between Ukraine and the EU.
