The Ukrainian Security Service has completed a pretrial investigation against Russian citizen M. Koleda and forwarded the case to courts.

The Security Service accused Koleda of “trying to organize mass
unrest with the use of violence and the seizure of administrative
buildings and installations in the Kherson and Mykolaiv regions.”

Koleda was detained by Ukrainian law enforcement agencies on April 8.

The pretrial investigation under Ukrainian Criminal Code Articles 294
(mass unrest) and 263 (unlawful handling of weapons) has been handed by
Security Service investigators.

If found guilty, the Russian woman may face up to eight years in prison, the Security Service said.
