Ukraine's Verkhovna Rada Speaker Volodymyr Groysman said he is hoping the bill "On Changes to the Constitution of Ukraine Regarding Decentralization of Power", which the Constitutional Court on July 30 found to be in line with the Constitution, will be submitted to the parliament for voting in early September.

“I want to thank once again the working group that worked on this document, the Venice Commission, the parliamentarians and I hope we can submit the bill for voting in the session hall in early September,” Groysman said on Facebook on July 30.

Groysman said the Constitutional Court judges “have thoroughly looked at every item of the draft changes and found them legitimate.”
