The State Rail Transport Administration, also known as Ukrzaliznytsia, has set up a commission to investigate the causes behind the collusion of a train and a shuttle bus at a level crossing in Dnipropetrovsk region.

As Ukrzaliznytsia’s press service said, the violation of traffic rules by the driver of the shuttle bus is initially being considered to be the cause of the accident.

As reported, the death toll from the train and bus collision on the 116th kilometer of the Nikopol-Marhanets railway route in Dnipropetrovsk region on Oct. 12, 2010, is 43 people.
