MINSK - The United Nations Organization agencies resumed their work on the Kyiv-uncontrolled territories of the Luhansk Oblast, OSCE envoy Martin Sajdik said.

According to the available reports, the UN agencies can work in some districts of the Luhansk region, Sajdik told reporters on Oct. 27, expressing hope that some districts of the Donetsk Oblast would follow this good example.
