More than 4,300 people have died in fighting in eastern Ukraine over the past half year, according to U.N. estimates.

“The United Nations: 4,356 people were killed (including 298 of Malaysian Boeing crash victims) and 10,016 were wounded in Eastern Ukraine as of Nov. 25,” reads a UN page on Twitter on early Saturday, Nov. 29.
