The United States believes that the crisis in Ukraine can still be resolved through dialogue, but is considering the introduction of sanctions against those who encourage the use of violence, U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Geoffrey Paytt has said.
“We believe Ukraine’s crisis can still be solved via dialogue, but
those on both sides who fuel violence will open themselves to
sanctions,” Pyatt wrote on his Twitter page.
