MOSCOW - The United States has yet to receive a request to join the "Normandy-format" talks over Ukraine, U.S. Ambassador to Russia John Tefft said on April 29.
When asked by Interfax to comment on the possibility of the U.S. joining the Normandy Group (France, Germany, Russia, Ukraine), the ambassador said there has been no such request to date but the U.S. is watching this process closely and supports it and wants to see full implementation of the Minsk agreements.
