Washington – U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said he reached an agreement with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on holding a meeting on Ukraine next week in Europe.
It has been agreed with Lavrov to hold a meeting in Europe with
Ukrainian and EU representatives, at which de-escalation of the
situation and constitutional reform in Ukraine will be discussed, Kerry
said when speaking at U.S. senate committee on foreign affairs.
