President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has appointed Valeriy Chaly as deputy head of the Presidential Administration. The relative order dated June 19 was posted on the president's website.

Chalyi was born in 1970. Since November 2006 he worked as deputy
director general of Razumkov Center and as its director of the
international programs. Through November 2009 by April 2010 he was
deputy foreign minister of Ukraine. Since May 2010, Chalyi worked as
deputy director general of Razumkov Center. He has the status of Envoy
Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary.
