Voter turnout 55 percent at Ukraine’s presidential election

Leader in the Ukrainian presidential race Petro Poroshenko said parliamentary elections should be called before the end of 2014.

The voter turnout at the presidential election in Ukraine was 55.33% as of 8 pm, according to the Central Election Commission (CEC).

So far, the CEC has received the data about the voter turnout from
eleven election constituencies in Lviv, Zakarpattia, Zaporizhia, Odesa,
Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava and Kirovohrad regions.
