The building of the Vystavkovy Tsentr and Odeska Ploscha metro stations on the Kurenivsko-Chervonoarmiyska subway line in Kyiv is to be finished by the end of 2012. 

“Believe me, it’s very difficult to built the subway. Hr 100 million has to be allocated for the building of the metro every month. But we set the task of putting Vystavkovy Tsentr into operation in October, and Odeska Ploscha by the end of 2012,” Ukrainian Premier Mykola Azarov said, speaking in Kyiv on Monday.

He also expressed confidence that operation of Vystavkovy Tsentr and Odeska Ploscha metro stations would make life in the micro districts in Holosiyivsky District more convenient.

As reported, The Ukrainian government has allocated Hr 268.7 million to build a section of the Kurenivsko-Chervonoarmiyska metro line in Kyiv from Vystavkovy Tsentr metro station to Odeska Ploscha in the Holosiyivsky district of Kyiv.

The corresponding redistribution of state budget funds was approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 464 as of June 25, the text of which has been posted on the Web site of Verkhovna Rada.

According to the document, Kyiv City State Administration is the chief distributor of the money.

This document introduces amendments to the order of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 177 as of March 21, 2012 to increase budget assignments for Kyiv City State Administration in 2012 by Hr 268.7 million, to Hr 469.2 million.
