Berlin - U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry has said that the United States admits the cancellation of restrictive measures against Russia if it fulfills its agreements with Ukraine, EFE news agency reported on Wednesday.

“We hope that the sanctions could be lifted,” he said in Berlin on Wednesday, Oct. 22 at a joint press conference with German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier.

Kerry also said that Washington was not interested in a conflict with Moscow.
