With 95.03 percent of electronic voting protocols processed in Ukraine's Oct. 26 parliamentary election, the People's Front is still in the lead with 22.22 percent of the vote and is closely followed by Petro Poroshenko's Bloc with 21.82 perent, according to the Ukrainian Central Election Commission (CEC).

The Samopomich Union received 11.02 percent of the vote, the Opposition Bloc 9.29 percent, the Radical Party 7.44 percent, and Batkivschyna 5.69 percent, it said.

The other political forces running in the elections have been unable to gain 5 percent of the vote needed to win parliamentary seats. However, the Svoboda all-Ukrainian Union has come very close to the electoral threshold with 4.73 percent of the vote.
