You're reading: Wizz Air Ukraine from July to temporarily stop Kyiv-Simferopol flights

Wizz Air Ukraine (Kyiv) from July 4 will temporarily cease operating flights on the Kyiv-Simferopol route. 

The company told Interfax-Ukraine that this is due to changes in the flight schedule from July 2013, which are occurring for commercial reasons.

In addition, according to the airline’s reservation system, from July the company also adjusted the schedule of flights from Kyiv to Vilnius and Sofia: earlier Wizz Air Ukraine announced that flights to Vilnius would be operated from July 5 four times a week, and to Sofia from July 6 three times a week. However, now it is planned to fly to Vilnius three times a week and to Sofia – twice.

At present is the only domestic flight performed by the airline is a Kyiv-Simferopol flight.

Wizz Air Ukraine is part of Wizz Air Group. At present, the air carrier operates three Airbus-320 aircraft.
