Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has taken part in an informal meeting of world economic leaders entitled "Laying the Foundations for the Revival of Europe" during the World Economic Forum in Davos (Switzerland).
According to the presidential press service, in his speech Yanukovych
raised the issues related to geopolitics, relations between Ukraine,
Russia, and Europe in the gas sphere, as well as further cooperation
between Ukraine and the European Union.
The president stressed that Ukraine’s aspirations for Europe remain unchanged and priority ones.
