Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has dismissed Oleksandr Birsan from the post of the first deputy chairman of the National Agency for the preparation and holding of the finals of the Euro 2012 European Football Championship and for infrastructure projects implementation.
A relevant decree was posted on the president's Web site on August 20.
