President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych expresses a deep persuasion that Ukrainians are doomed to live together.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, the head of the state said this on the air answering questions within the framework of “Talk with the country” television project.
“I believe that we are doomed to live together on our beautiful earth – in Ukraine. I will apply every effort to ensure this”, underlined Yanukovych, answering question of a citizen of Lviv whether Ukrainians should separate taking into consideration allegedly existed cultural and ideological differences between Eastern and Western regions of the state.
