The government doesn't plan to increase the pension age, or revise the mechanism of calculating pension charges for special categories of the population, Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk said.

“For the moment the government doesn’t plan to increase the pension age,” the premier said at a government sitting on Monday, adding that the government also has no plan regarding the mechanisms over pension charges for certain population groups.

Moreover, the premier said that there is no talk over the reduction or cancelation of scholarships, and that the system for working pensioners will remain the same.
