Ukraine needs two years to stabilize its economy, Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk said. "I am looking into the future very confidently. We need two years to stabilize the situation in Ukraine. We will stabilize it and make Ukrainians successful and confident in their future," Yatsenyuk said live on the East television project on April 11.

Currently, Ukraine faces the toughest challenges yet since it proclaimed independence, but I am certain the authorities will cope with them, he said.

Ukraine will regain control over Crimea, the prime minister also said. “This matter will not be resolved quickly and easily, that is true. I can only reassure you that we shall live to see those who occupied Crimea apologize to the Ukrainian people, and Ukraine will regain control over its territory in the autonomous republic of Crimea,” Yatsenyuk said.
