Ukraine must use every negotiating opportunity to resolve the conflict in the east of the country, said Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk.
“For this (Geneva) format to be prepared and a solution to be reached, I think any talks should be held and every chance and opportunity used to settle this conflict. We need to stop this war,” Yatseniuk told Ukrainian television channels on Friday.
The Prime Minister stressed that, in his view, the most optimal format is provided by the Geneva talks with Russia, involving the United States and Europe.
