Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk has said that a "gas protocol" should be signed exclusively in a trilateral format of Ukraine, the European Union and Russia.
“Our position is that such a protocol can be signed only at the trilateral level between the European Union, Ukraine, and Russia as the third party,” he said at a Ukrainian cabinet session on Thursday, Oct. 30.
