Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk has announced that a public tender will be held after the government re-establishes control over state companies to select management for them, and professional foreign management will be elected.

“From now on the management of state companies will only be selected in an open tender, publicly and live, leaving no chance to nepotistic practices. There will be one and only approach to state companies – Ukrnafta, Ukrtatnafta and Ukrtransnafta and all other companies: the state is re-establishing its control. We will respect the rights of other shareholders, we will receive and distribute the dividends, and we will install new, quality foreign management,” Yatsenyuk said in an interview, released on ICTV television on March 29 evening.
