Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk has said that Kyiv is diversifying its suppliers of nuclear fuel for nuclear power plants.

“An agreement with Westinghouse will be signed today, in Brussels to increase
shipments of nuclear fuel for Ukrainian nuclear power plants,” he said at his
end of the year press conference in Kyiv on Dec. 30.

Thus, Ukraine will be able to avoid dependence on Russian supplies, he
said.
