A moratorium on land sales will be in effect in Ukraine until the adoption of the land reform, leader of the Regions Party faction Oleksandr Yefremov has said.
“I want to note that today a moratorium on land sale is in effect in Ukraine. And until the adoption of the law on land reform, we can’t talk about land sales,” the press service of the Regions Party quoted him as saying at the briefing on Tuesday.
The MP was also indignant that “no opposition representatives want to deliver speeches, or seriously consider laws.”
“This is despite there being 54 bills on the agenda that we must consider and approve today. These bills are very important for the development of our country,” the politician said.
