Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko has withdrawn Yuriy Lutsenko, dismissed on January 28 from the post of interior ministry, from the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC).
Yushchenko signed a decree to that effect on January 29, according to the official site of the head of state.
The same decree made Commander of Internal Troops of the Interior Ministry Oleksandr Kikhtenko member of the NSDC.
