TEHRAN- Iran's army chief told the United States that a U.S. aircraft carrier which left the area because of Iranian naval exercises should not return to the Gulf, the state news agency reported on Tuesday.
"Iran will not repeat its warning ... the enemy's carrier has been moved to the Sea of Oman because of our drill. I recommend and emphasise to the American carrier not to return to the Persian Gulf," Ataollah Salehi told IRNA.
The USA ought to be very cautious in this area; Iran is much more powerful than Iraq. Israel needs also to be cautious; possesing a Nuclear monopoly will not save them from Hamas or Hezbolah who they will have to face on the ground and in their own territory!!
Yes they are aware of this fact. Its the old Dominoes game. The US has gone after the easy targets in the hope that this would weaken the resolve of its target states and strengthen its partners resolve.
Iran is also the oldest democracy in the world. Tye US should not underestimate Iran's resolve. To do so would place not only US troops at risk but also ignite the middle east against the west and bring on World War three and Armageddon. The US has met its match.
All the drones and mindless soldiers can not put dumpty back again
lol you 2 above are funny, we can just take em out by sea if we want too, tomahawks, by subs, etc,
you have no clue what were truly capable of
You are far too diplomatic. They are 2 idiots with absolutely no idea of military might. Iran would be little more than a dirty stain in the desert. Iran is a little dog which barks too much. The USA could simply walk up and kick it in the balls. All we have heard from Iran is threats... Iran should stick to accusing hikers of being spies, killing unarmed civilians, women and children.
