BRUSSELS (AP) — NATO's top official has broken his arm in a cycling accident and will have to postpone a trip to the Baltic states.

Anders Fogh Rasmussen was cycling in the woods when the accident occurred over the weekend, an official who could not be identified under standing rules said Monday.

He had been due to visit Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania this week. The trip will be rescheduled, the official said.
